From farm to cup. Our beans are hand selected and taken through a rigorous process to make it to your cup. Here are some of the following processes it takes on before even arriving to our roast house.
* Pulping - Removing the outer layer referred to as the "Cherry" soaked in water to remove the skin referred to as the pulp that lies beneath the outer cherry shell.
* Sorting - Meticulously gone through by hand to remove bad beans so we can have a clean coffee to roast for you.
* Drying - A method in which must take place before packaging our beans in a burlap sack for delivery mostly by boat.
* Packaging - weighed into burlap bags primarily in 2 weights 132 or 152lbs depending on origin.
